I have used Pioneer Plumbing for two jobs now, they are very responsive and reliable! I had a flood at my home for the first job due to a broken pipe in an exterior wall that flooded the interior rooms as well. They responded within 2 hours even though it was the end of the business day and I live in a rural area quite a far distance from their office. We were referred to Blaze last year by our flooring installer when we ran into an issue with the toilet rings needing replacement before they could put them back. We were so fortunate to have the referral because it was later in the day and we’d never have gotten a plumber at that hour. Blaze answered my call, came out late in the day for us, and had us up and running in no time. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. This week we had an issue with the kitchen faucet and some bathroom faucets. I called the office yesterday and Miranda scheduled Darin to come out this morning. My water heater bit the dust recently which cast me to the mercy of plumbing "professionals" if I ever wanted to take a warm shower again. Historically, the "professionals" have not shown up when they promised, when they did show up they were not very professional and some were just downright rude. Rarely did anyone ever come close to the original quoted price for any number of excuses .. er I mean reasons. Today was a whole different experience for me. To begin with, my water heater was originally put in the back of an upstairs crawlspace that you actually have to crawl to get into. I installed the last one myself and banged my head until I had bruises. I called Pioneer Plumbing on Monday afternoon and was scheduled for early Wednesday AM. "Blaze" and Darin were the guys who showed up right on time, both looking and acting perfectly professional. They went to work within minutes of arriving and worked quietly as a team over the next couple of hours and when done presented me with a bill that was actually $125.00 LESS than I was quoted. Versus the one that I installed previously, this one was mounted in a new drip pan with all new expertly soldered connective piping and fittings. When I went to inspect after their departure .. you wouldn't even know that they had been there. No dirty footprints, little puddles of water or discarded packaging. THANKS GUYS!
